Proposals sought for outreach to Disadvantaged and Under-represented Communities. Deadline is Sept. 29, 2017
On behalf of the Bay Area Integrated Regional Water Management (BAIRWM) Coordinating Committee, the Environmental Justice Coalition for Water (EJCW) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified partners to perform a broad suite of outreach services in support of Disadvantaged (DAC) and Under-represented Communities (URC) and their participation in the DAC Involvement Program. EJCW is seeking partners who can assist in defining water management needs for DACs and URCs and can support outreach planning and services to DACs and URCs. Proposals should be submitted as a PDF and e-mailed to Nahal Ghoghaie at Nahal@ejcw.org, with “Proposal for DACIP Outreach – (Name of Applicant Entity)” in the subject line, and must be received no later than 5:00pm on September 29th, 2017.

In order to post questions on a public forum, we’ve updated our inquiry cut-off date. Please send any questions to Nahal Ghoghaie via email at nahal@ejcw.org by 12pm on Friday, September 22, 2017. Questions and responses received will be communicated via e-mail to all recipients of this RFQ and posted to the Bay Area IRWM website FAQ section as received. Please check the website regularly for posted updates.
